TECHNOLOGY DESCRIPTION

Under this project we carried out the design and supply of equipment for compressed gas plant. The system was designed for stabilization reagent treatment of a water circulation cooling cycle - a fan cooling tower. The system provides an automatic dosing of the sediment and corrosion inhibitor, sulfuric acid and two biocides. Automatic dosing control is carried out by the 3D Trassar system, which monitors inhibitor concentration in mg/l, pH, ORP online, electrical conductivity, online corrosion on carbon and stainless steel. The system also generates automatic reports on its work and accidents in the process.
